Order Inspection Upon Delivery

We understand the importance of customer satisfaction. That’s why we offer a parcel opening option upon delivery. Customers can inspect their order in the presence of the delivery person. If you find any issues such as damaged or incorrect items, you must report them immediately at the time of delivery.

No Returns or Refunds

• Once an order is delivered and accepted by the customer, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
• If the product is found damaged or incorrect during the parcel opening, please inform our team on the spot, and we will guide you on further steps.
